When you use imagetosketch, we may collect account information such as your name, email address, profile image, login provider, and session details.

We process images you upload, generated sketch outputs, style choices, custom detail-level settings, credit balances and usage, payment records, support requests, and feedback you choose to submit.

We use your information to provide the image to sketch conversion service, manage credits, keep generated history available when supported, process payments, troubleshoot issues, and improve output quality.

We may use aggregate product analytics to understand which pages, examples, and workflows help users convert images into useful sketch results.

Uploaded source images are used to generate sketch-style outputs requested by you and are intended to be stored privately within the product workflow. Please only upload images you have the right to use.

Generated results may be associated with your account so you can revisit or download them later. Some generated result files may be delivered through public asset URLs used for product functionality and downloads, which means anyone with the exact URL may be able to access that result.

If you do not want an image or generated result retained, or if you want account-related data reviewed or removed, contact support.

We may use privacy-conscious analytics and session insight tools such as PostHog and Microsoft Clarity to understand traffic sources, page views, product usage, errors, and conversion flows.

Feedback text fields and optional contact fields are treated as sensitive user input. We aim to avoid intentionally collecting more personal information than needed to operate and improve the product.

Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. We store payment identifiers, subscription identifiers, product identifiers, credit amounts, and related account information needed to credit your account, manage paid access, and prevent duplicate processing.

We do not intentionally store full card numbers on our servers.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited information with service providers needed for authentication, hosting, payment processing, analytics, support, and image generation.

We may disclose information if required by law, to protect the service, or to prevent fraud, abuse, or security issues.
